The answer to that question is myPers. The myPers website is a total force source for personnel information and services. It's available 24/7 and is where you can find answers to your questions and conduct personnel business online when it is convenient for you. To get started on your retirement quest, log on to the myPers website at mypers.af.mil. As myPers is personalized, the information you see upon entry is tailored to your Air Force affiliation. Once there navigate to the "Learn More About" section on the left side of the page and click on the "Retirement" link. Your component's Retirement Home Page provides everything you need--from information on eligibility and the application process, frequently asked questions (FAQs), and relevant online service tools --to benefits/entitlements and other guidance you may need surrounding a retirement from service.
