Sara Markle, a health services mangement craftsman from the 178th Medical Group, Springfield, Ohio, checks a patient in June 7 at The Friendly Place, a homeless service center on the west of Kona, Hawaii. The 178 MDG is on a medical training deployment in which it provides free medical services to underprivileged communities that do not have access to healthcare on the island.
