178th Wing member Tech. Sgt. Dallas Root, along with 15 other wing members, present Barrett Fitzsimmons with an honorary Chief Master Sgt. uniform June 26, at his home in Springfield Ohio. Fitzsimmons was recently diagnosed with stage four Hepatocellular Carcinoma.
