    The 178th Wing earned the 2016 Air Force Outstanding Unit award for exceptionally meritorious service. The announcement of this award was made during the wing’s military ball held Dec. 2 in Springfield, Ohio.

  • 178th Medical Group members coined for outstanding service

    Four Airmen with the 178th Medical Group were coined for their honorable service at the Mansfield Lahm Regional Airport in Mansfield, Ohio, Feb. 4. Capt. Holly Hogsett, Master Sgt. Brande Dyar, Staff Sgt. Kari Boyle, and Airman 1st Class Emily Weekes were recognized for exemplifying the Air Force
